PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on October 26, 2021, for an estimated revenue amount of $2,574,949.29. Consists of the design, construction, and management of a business directly related to aviation at Parcel W-3 at the PDK Airport. Continuous attempts were made to secure a lease agreement without success. Prime did not provide the required documentation or make a good faith effort to provide any direction on the development of the required documentation. This request seeks to rescind the award to Trinity Development Group, Inc.
A new procurement request will be developed.

2. Justification: After attempts to contact the Prime, since November 5, 2021, with no development on required documentation, rescission of award is being requested.
