PURPOSE:
To allocate an amount not to exceed $5000 from the District 3 Reserved funds for appropriation to the Q Parker Legacy Foundation to focus on holistic, cross-generational approaches rooted in family engagement and social empowerment. To support, honor and celebrate the seniors.
NEED/IMPACT:
The appropriation to The Q Parker Legacy Foundation is to provide support and assist in strengthening families with direct services.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Increase appropriations for the following account by the amount indicated below:
Non-Departmental - Unincorporated Fund - Transfer to Grant Fund (09130.611250.272.0000.0000 amount not to exceed- $5.000
Decrease appropriations for the following account by the amount indicated below:
Non-Departmental - Unincorporated Fund - Reserve for Appropriation (09130.579002.272.0000.0000) - amount not to exceed $5,000

To approve the resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents.
