PURPOSE:
To rescind agenda item 2023-0329 District 6 ARP funding to establish a Whitehall Forest Fund of $100.000.00 to support current and future public health and public safety initiatives implemented by Public Safety, other DeKalb County departments, and service providers that can address the myriad Whitehall Forest Condominium resident’s needs.
This agenda item was approved by the Board of Commissioners on March 28, 2023. There are challenges with the existing or lack thereof Whitehall Forest Condominium Homeowners Association to effectively administer, manage, or execute projects and funding.
