PURPOSE:
To rescind agenda item 2022-1799 District 6 ARP Funding of $10,860 for Clarkston Shores’ Association/ Clarkston Lake Committee to Update a 2007 Assessment of the Storm Water Damages so that they can Seek Outside Funding to Remediate and Restore this Lake and Pond. This agenda item was approved by the Board of Commissioners on June 28. 2022. There were challenges with qualifying this project for ARP funding with changing Federal guidelines.
