PURPOSE:
This request to rescind the previously approved agenda item 2023-0605 from the District 7 ARP allocation to Refcode is for the purpose of workforce training to mitigate the public health emergency created by the COVID-19 pandemic.
NEED/IMPACT:
This request to rescind agenda item 2023-0605 is needed to adjust the previously approved amount of $45,000 and change the funding source from the District 7 ARP account to Reserve For Appropriation.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no additional fiscal impact to DeKalb County.
