CO - Change Order No. 3 to Contract No. 1272818 On Call Architect and Engineering and Design Services for Facilities Management (Multiyear Contract): for use by Department of Facilities Management (FM), Department of Watershed Management (DWM), and Fire Rescue (FR). This contract consists of providing on call architect and engineering design services for a variety of planning, design, and construction projects for the County. This request is to add DWM use and increase contract funds to allow for the design of the Roadhaven Master Plan (Phases 1A & 1B). Awarded to Pond & Company. Amount Not To Exceed: $265,700.00.

PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on January 25, 2022 to five (5) vendors for a total amount not to exceed $5,299,736.80. On December 13, 2022, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to add funding for an amount not to exceed $586,000.00 for Fire Rescue to utilize Contract No. 1272818 for the design of Fire Station 27. On July 11, 2023, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to add contract funds not to exceed $531,994.00 for Fire Rescue to utilize Contract No. 1272818 for the design of Fire Station 16. This request is to add DWM use and increase contract funds to allow for the design of the Roadhaven Master Plan (Phases 1A & 1B).

Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 3 with:
POND & Company, 3500 Parkway Lane, Suite 500, Peachtree Corners, GA 30092
Amount Not To Exceed: $265,700.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
