PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on June 22, 2021, for an amount not to exceed $572,180.00. On December 13, 2022, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to increase the contract term through July 31, 2023. This contract consists of providing stormwater master planning services for DeKalb County. This request seeks to ratify a previously provided six (6) month contract term increase and increase the contract funds, scope of services and term through December 31, 2024. The increase in contract term will allow the contractor time to complete all necessary requirements and the additional set of tasks being added to the contract.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 2 with:
Arcadis US, Inc., 2839 Paces Ferry Road, Suite 900, Atlanta, Georgia, 30339
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
