PURPOSE:

Awarded on January 7, 2022, for an amount not to exceed $50,000.00. On July 26, 2022, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to increase the contract funding in an amount not to exceed $285,705.00 to allow for the full replacement of playground surfacing at Mason Mill Park. On December 22, 2023, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option for an amount not to exceed $50,000.00. This request is to exercise the 2nd renewal option.

Recommend approval to exercise the 1st renewal option through December 31, 2024 with:
