PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on July 23, 2019 for an amount not to exceed $10,520,383.06. On September 17, 2022, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $1,765,489.40 for an increase to allow for a pay rate increase for armed and unarmed security guard pay retroactive to September 2, 2022. This contract consists of providing armed and/or unarmed, uniformed security guard services at multiple County facilities to ensure the protection of staff, visitors and property. This request is to extend the contract term and funding on a month-to-month basis until the new contract is executed.

Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 2 with:
All N One Security Services, Inc., 3915 Cascade Road; Suite 340, Atlanta, GA 30331
Monthly Amount Not To Exceed: $265,232.46
and authorized the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
