PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on July 12, 2022 for an amount not to exceed $5,224,841.00. Consists of providing design and engineering services during pre-construction, construction, and post construction. Services will include, but are not limited to, preparing the Basis of Design Report (BDR); drawings; specifications; permit applications and supporting documentation to obtain all necessary permits; and coordination with regulatory agencies and utility companies. The County reran the dynamic model and determined that an additional 3,000 LF was needed to be added to the scope of work for capacity upsizing This request is to increase to increase scope of work and funding will contribute to the reduction or elimination of future sanitary sewer overflows (SSO) in compliance with the Consent Decree mandates.

RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:

Atkins North America, Inc., 1600 River Edge Drive, Suite 700, Atlanta, GA 30328

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents
