PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on January 28, 2014 for an amount not to exceed $14,865,616.00. On August 8, 2017, Change Order No. 1 was approved by the BOC to increase funding in an amount not to exceed $1,478,169.00 for work completed May 6, 2017 through August 31, 2017. On December 12, 2017, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1A to increase funding in an amount not to exceed $2,885,348.00 for work completed September 1, 2017 through February 28, 2018. On April 24, 2018, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1B to increase the contract time through June 30, 2018 and funding in an amount not to exceed $1,886,848.00 for work completed March 2018 through May 2018. The BOC approved Change Order No. 2, on June 26, 2018, to increase the contract time and term, revise the scope of work, and increase funding for an amount not to exceed $11,363,633.00.
