PURPOSE:
To appropriate $312,600 from 2023 District 2 Reserve for Appropriation funds to a District 2 Capital Sidewalk Account.
NEED/IMPACT:
This District 2 appropriation moves the remaining balance of the District 2 2023 Designated Reserve for Appropriation funding into a capital account for sidewalks in District 2.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Increase appropriation for the following account by the amount indicated below:
Non-Departmental - Unincorporated Fund- Transfer to CIP Fund (09130.611350.272.0000.0000) - $312,600
Decrease appropriation for the following account by the amount indicated below:
Non-Departmental - Unincorporated Fund - Reserve for Appropriation (09130.579002.272.0000.0000) - $312,600
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To approve the appropriation of $312,600 from 2023 District 2 Reserve for Appropriation funds to a District 2 Capital Sidewalk Account and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents.
