PURPOSE:
To approve the lease for a one year term with one renewal year between Regus Management Group, LLC and DeKalb County for certain property located at 160 Clairemont Avenue, Decatur, Georgia 30030, consisting of ten offices and ten parking spaces.
NEED/IMPACT:
To provide additional office space and corresponding on-site parking access for the Solicitor-General’s operations and/or other essential County activities.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Rent, fees and deposits in an amount not to exceed $397,748.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To approve the above-described lease between Regus Management Group, LLC and DeKalb County and authorize the CEO to execute the necessary documents in a form approved by the County Attorney.
