PURPOSE:
To Allocate an Amount Not to exceed $70,000 from the District 3 ARP Funds to the M.O.R.E. The program is designed to offer pregnant women and women who have an infant less than one-year-old resources, support, child safety tips, and healthcare for mother and baby. The program is for educational and enrichment services impacted by COVID-19 pandemic
NEED/IMPACT:p
The funds are being appropriated to help the program ford educational and enrichment services to mother and children impacted by COVID -19 or any experienced adverse impact and that require emergency assistance during the pandemic to and other uses applicable for ARP funds under the law
FISCAL IMPACT:
The funding will come from District 3 ARP Award from POETA Account # 106388.63230.602778.01.03.602778 (amount not to exceed) $70,000 and appropriated to the following agency:
• Moms Offering Resources and Education- $70,000
