PURPOSE:

Consists of upgrading from Justware to eSupervision. The eSupervision product is designed, created, and owned by Journal Technologies.  Journal Technologies also created the existing JustWare software currently in use by the Courts. This synergy provides the ability to migrate data from JustWare to eSupervision with little to no downtime. This request is for an upgrade from the current system to eSupervision which will enable State Court to manage clients, perform risk assessments, and provide better reporting and document management.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommended Action

Recommend approval of sole source purchase with:

 

Journal Technologies, Inc., 949 E 2nd Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012

 

Amount Not To Exceed: $831,746.00

 

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all the associated documents.
