PURPOSE:
Consists of purchasing equipment, parts, and services of the Hammerhead piercing tools for the Department of Watershed Management (DWM). Watershed applications require that the purchased equipment be compatible with the equipment that is currently in use. The sole distributor for the requested equipment is Ditch Witch Worx. This request is for a two year sole source. The distributor is unable to provide a 2 year quote due to the market conditions.
