PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on December 13, 2022 for an amount not to exceed $23,772,020.00. This contract consists of resurfacing of County roads. This request seeks to increase the contract term by three (3) additional months through June 30,2024, using existing funds. Weather delays impacted performance.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:
C.W. Matthews Contracting Co., Inc., 1600 Kenview Drive, Marietta, Georgia 30060 and
authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents
