PURPOSE:
To consider accepting reimbursement from the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) for the water/sewer adjustments to utilities facilities relocations associated with the following project; and to authorize the Chief Executive Officer to sign and execute any agreement and amendments for any necessary documents to complete this transaction:

? PI 0016054 estimated $3,653,406.52

NEED/IMPACT:
The GDOT project P.I. No. 0016054 State Route 141 from the Fulton County Line to County Road 7955 Peachtree Road in DeKalb County constructs a Displaced Left Turn Interchange (DLTI) for the westbound to southbound movement on Interstate 85 at State Route 42/North Druid Hills Road in DeKalb County, Georgia. The Department of Watershed Management (DWM) has existing utilities within the construction limits that are in conflict with the proposed work by GDOT. These utilities will be relocated due to the conflicts. This agreement is to allow GDOT to reimburse the department for 100% of the cost associated with DWM relocation of its utilities.
