PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on March 14, 2023, for an amount not to exceed $22,483,778.80. This contract consists of providing SPLOST (Phase II - Area A) road resurfacing to various roads located in DeKalb County. This request seeks to increase the contract term through August 31, 2024, with no additional funding. Performance has been impacted by weather delays.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:
E.R. Snell Contractor, Inc., 1785 Oak Drive, Snellville, GA 30078
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
