CO - Change Order No. 1 to Contract No. 1130987 Maintenance of Sugar Creek Golf Course (Annual Contract with 4 Options to Renew): for use by the Department of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Affairs (RPCA). This contract consists of maintaining the golf course grounds and facilities. This request seeks to ratify a previously provided thirty (30) day contract term increase, effective as of April 1, 2024. This request also seeks to increase the contract funds and term through March 31, 2025. Awarded to: Cypress Golf Management, LLC dba Cypress Golf Course Services. Amount Not To Exceed: $780,000.00.

PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on February 12, 2019, for an amount not to exceed $712,235.00. On March 10, 2020, the BOC approved the 1st renewal for an amount not to exceed $712,235.00. On March 23, 2021, the BOC the 2nd renewal for an amount not to exceed $712,235.00. On March 22, 2022, the BOC approved the 3rd renewal for amount not to exceed $712,235.00. On February 28, 2023, the BOC approved the 4th renewal option with cost increases and to increase scope of work to address poor drainage issues occurring due to heavy rainfall for an amount not to exceed $894,739.42. This contract consists of maintenance of the golf course grounds and
facilities. This request seeks to ratify a thirty (30) day contract term increase, effective as of April 1, 2024, and also seeks to increase the contract funds and term through March 31, 2025.
This substitute is submitted to revise the recommended request information by correcting remaining errors and adding a ratification of a previously provided contract term increase.
