PURPOSE:
To increase the 5-year lease agreement with Pinnacle Towers, LLC to include the annual 3% escalation located at the top of Stone Mountain for County Radio and E911 Communications.
NEED/IMPACT:
The BOC approved agenda item 2022-2640 for a 5-year lease agreement for $267,762.00. However, the 3% escalation was not included. This agenda item looks to correct the total cost of the approved contract.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The lease cost will increase by 3% annually for years 2024, 2025, 2026, and 2027 at a total cost of sixteen thousand, five hundred fifty-four dollars and ninety-six cents ($16,554.96). The new total contract cost is $284,316.96.
