PURPOSE:
To approve the resolution requesting accountability and compliance with essential functions identified within the Classification Specification for the Chief of Staff, Board of Commissioners position.
NEED/IMPACT:
A request has been made of the Chief of Staff to provide monthly progress and activity reports as outlined in the Classification Specification for the role of Chief of Staff to the Board of Commissioners. The role of the Chief of Staff reports directly to the Board of Commissioners and is vital for effective leadership and operational efficiency. This resolution seeks accountability and compliance with the essential functions of the job description of the Chief of Staff and requests review and evaluation of the performance of the Chief of Staff prior to the contract extension expiration date of April 19, 2024.

Recommended Action
