PURPOSE:
Distribute $50,000.00 of District 4 American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) from POETA account
#106388. 63230.521209.10.4. 602778 to Antioch AME CDC to assist DeKalb County.
NEED/IMPACT:
Antioch AME CDC will use allocated funds to assist individuals and families to mitigate educational disparities, food, and housing insecurity and other needs.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Distribution of $50,000.00 from District 4 ARP account #106388. 63230.521209.10.4. 602778 to Antioch AME CDC foundation.

To approve the resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents.
