PURPOSE:
To transfer $13,540 from District 1 Parks Bond account 104863.80314.541200.06.600019 to the Mercer Trail account 106609.80314.541200.06.600019 to fund the additional scope of work for the Mercer University Trail Study.
NEED/IMPACT:
This project will include the Mercer University Trail Study coordinated by the PATH Foundation. The area of
study will be generally bound by Henderson Mill Creek and Peachtree Branch along the south and I-85 and I
-285 along the northeast and northwest. The total project budget is $59,540, with $46,000 authorized on agenda 2023-0460

To be funded from 2001 Parks Bond District 1

Recommended Action
To approve the transfer of $13,540 from District 1 Parks Bond account 104863.80314.541200.06.600019 to account 106609.80314.541200.06.600019 to fund the additional scope of work for the Mercer University Trail Study; and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents to complete the project
