PURPOSE:
Extend the TTo extend the Contract Time through December 31, 2024 and add funds in an amount not to exceed $25,000 for Agreement with Tobin Ink, LLC (Contract #1328450) to allow for continuation of media consulting services for District 1 Commission Officeerm of the Contract Agreement for TobinInk (Contract #1328450 ) for an additional year
NEED/IMPACT:
The extension of the Contract Time and additional funds will allow for continued consulting services through December 31, 2024. The total Contract Price is currently $30,000.00 for services from February 1, 2023 through January 31, 2024 and the District desires to amend the Contract Time to continue services through December 31, 2024. The Contract Term expires December 31, 2024
FISCAL IMPACT:
The additional funding in an amount not to exceed $25,000.00 will come from District 1 POETA Account 106786.69110.521209.01.602986

To authorize the extension of the Contract Time through December 31, 2024 and add funds in an amount not to exceed $25,000.00 for Tobin Ink, LLC’s Agreement (Contract #1328450) and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents
