PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on March 28, 2023 for an amount not to exceed $522,781.31. This request is to correct the contract funds amount due to an error in the initial quote for FY26 and FY27 pricing for Elite Rescue support.

Amount Not To Exceed: $1,380.22
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
