PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on June 10, 2014 to seven (7) vendors for a total amount not to exceed $3,500,000.00. On October 27, 2014, Change Order No. 1 was approved to revise the payment, termination and indemnification provisions. On April 12, 2016, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to increase each contract by $300,000.00 for a total amount not to exceed $2,100,000.00. On October 11, 2016, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 to increase each contract by $300,000.00 for a total amount not to exceed $2,100,000.00. On January 9, 2018, the BOC approved Change Order No. 4 to increase each contract by $500,000.00 for a total amount not to exceed $3,500,000.00. On October 22, 2019, the BOC approved Change Order No. 5 to extend the contracts' terms through June 30, 2020 to allow for new project assignments to continue. On May 12, 2020, the BOC approved Change Order No. 6 to extend each contract term to December 31, 2020. On December 15, 2020, the BOC approved Change Order No. 7 to extend the term of two (2) contracts for one (1) year to allow for the completion of assignments that are currently in process (Kimley-Horn (Contract No. 14-902868) and STV (Contract No. 974698)).
