PURPOSE:
Consists of providing on-call construction management services. This will include, but is not limited to, the
following activities: pre-construction services, construction inspection, field services, management of meetings,
production of progress reports and other related services for water and sewer projects within the County's
Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). These contracts will assist DWM with meeting the demands of the County by
providing construction management services for various CIP construction projects. Nine (9) proposals were
received.
On October 26, 2021, the BOC awarded Agenda Item 2021-3015 to the three (3) highest scoring proposers. A
review of the records indicates that the estimated not to exceed amounts were transposed for two (CGA
Solutions and Tetra Tech) of the three proposer...
