PURPOSE:

Consists of piggybacking off the competitively let SWC 99999-SPD-T20190814-0001 to purchase OpenGov software. This request is to replace the Permits section of the Police Advanced Technology Solution (PATS) software due to the software and associated servers being obsolete and no longer supported.
