PURPOSE:
To approve the appropriation of $100,000 from Non-Departmental - Unincorporated Fund assigned to Account (09130.579002.272.0000.0000) to Grant Fund (09130.611250.272.0000.0000) reserved for District 1 for the Property Archive Project
NEED/IMPACT:
Funds are needed to assist the DeKalb County Clerk of Superior Court’s Office with archiving property records and bookkeeping of citizens who resided in DeKalb County from 1800s-1830s
FISCAL IMPACT:
Increase appropriations by $100,000 per the Non-Departmental - Unincorporated Fund - Transfer to Grant Fund (09130.611250.272.0000.0000)
Decrease appropriations by $100,000 per the Non-Departmental - Unincorporated Fund - Reserve for Appropriation (09130.579002.272.0000.0000)
