PURPOSE:
Awarded on February 26, 2019 for an amount not to exceed $100,000.00. On August 27, 2019, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $113,200.00. On January 28, 2020, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option for an amount not to exceed $452,985.17. On February 23, 2021, the BOC approved the 2nd renewal options for an amount not to exceed $226,327.64. This request is for the contract be cancelled due to the company ceasing operations as of October 22, 2021.
