PURPOSE:
Consists of providing web-based or cloud-based professional services, hardware, maintenance, and support for an electronic jury management system. This includes creating jury pools for summonses, trial panels, and grand jury panels; inputting and storing jurors' biographical information; and granting or denying excusals, exemptions, and deferrals. Additionally, the system is expected to be used for juror check-in and processing juror payments. The new system will enable County employees and guests to communicate and leverage available resources more effectively. Four (4) proposals were received.
