PURPOSE:

An emergency request was approved on March 31, 2023, to perform emergency technology repairs in two State Court courtrooms in the Judicial Tower building. Water damage to the Judicial Tower negatively impacted court services. This request seeks to ratify the full replacement of recently purchased technology that sustained extensive water damage from burst pipes. 

This substitute is submitted to revise the ratification request language and funding source.
