Consists of providing landscaping and maintenance services for County public grounds and park sites. This request is to terminate for convenience with Dante's Lawn Manicures and award their sites to Artscape, Inc. for four (4) months. Amount Not To Exceed: $120,000.00.

PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on December 15, 2015 to five (5) contractors for an amount not to exceed $823,604.00. On July 12, 2016, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to cancel awarded sites to NGL & Erosion Control Group and reassign to other contracted vendors. On November 7, 2016, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option for an amount not to exceed $988,324.80. On December 5, 2017, the BOC approved the 2nd renewal option on a month to month basis until new contracts are executed for a monthly total amount not to exceed $220,000.00. On March 27, 2018, the BOC approved the termination for convenience of 3Macks Lawn Service's contract and awarded the sites to Flex Landscaping and MJ Lawn and Maintenance Services, Inc. for a monthly amount not to exceed $100,000.00. This request is for the cancellation of Dante's Lawn Manicures' contract for convenience and the reallocate the awarded sites to Artscape, Inc. for a monthly amount not to exceed: $30,000.00.
