RFP - Request for Proposals No. 17-500449 Design-Build Services for Gravity Sewer System Rehabilitation, Replacement and Construction - Package No. 3: for use by the Department of Watershed Management (DWM). Consists of providing design, permitting and construction services for gravity sewer collection system rehabilitation and improvements as part of the County's $1.345 billion Capital Improvement Plan (CIP)/Consent Decree. PURPOSE:
The Project includes, but is not limited to, the following activities: sewer pipe replacement with same diameter or larger diameter; pipe replacement utilizing either open-cut or pipe-bursting methods; full or partial length sewer lining; point repairs; manhole interior coating or lining; manhole height adjustment and/or frame and cover adjustment or replacement; connection sealing; and/or manhole replacement at various locations. Proposals were accepted only from those pre-qualified proposers resulting from RFVQ 16-500407. Three (3) proposals were received.
