PURPOSE:
Consists of, but not limited to, the evaluation of County provided CCTV footage, cured-in-place sanitary sewer pipe lining (felt and/or fiberglass), pipe replacement, internal and external pipe point repairs, and manhole rehabilitation and/or replacement at various locations within the County. Sanitary sewer rehabilitation, replacement, and associated work activities completed under this contract will serve to improve sanitary sewer system operations. Only six (6) pre-qualified firms, resulting from RFVQ 16-500407 were allowed to submit a bid. Three (3) bids were received.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommend award to the overall lowest, responsive and responsible bidder:

Amount Not To Exceed: $32,493,718.00
