PURPOSE:
This software has been utilized by the County since March 2011. The software has allowed GIS to be fully integrated into departmental workflows and business systems. It facilitates emergency services, police, fire, water/sewer services and citizens alike to maneuver the County and locate emergency calls with no deviation in course. The manufacturer is the only supplier that can provide annual maintenance, training and professional services.

Recommend approval of the sole source with:
Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc., 380 New York Street, Redlands, CA 92373
Amount Not To Exceed: $1,584,000.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents.
