PURPOSE:
Consists of the construction of a one-story structure to include a library, multipurpose room (with two movable partition walls), lobby (with large clerestory), administrative areas, concessions, restrooms and dressing areas, arts and crafts room, dance and aerobics room, fitness area, gymnasium with athletic equipment, storage spaces, utility spaces, circulation spaces with lockers and cubbies, surface parking, landscaping, landscape and retaining walls, and an underground stormwater detention system and other Work as indicated in the ITB document. Four (4) bids were received.
