PURPOSE:
Consists of providing sanitary sewer assessment and needed capacity restoration under OSARP. This work consists of: Pipeline Assessment and Certification Program (PACP) scored TISCIT inspections and cleaning at various pipeline blockage levels for large diameter sanitary sewer lines 18 inches or greater in diameter; stream encroachment assessments; as well as MACP scored manhole assessments and manhole location and adjustments. This Consent Decree work will result in large diameter sewer line capacity restoration by assisting in clearing lines and determining rehabilitation recommendations. Three (3) bids were received.

RECOMMENDATION:
Recommend Award to the overall lowest, responsive and responsible bidder:
