PURPOSE:
Agencies use Cityworks to configure service requests, work orders, and inspection tasks to meet their needs, including capabilities that easily track costs and other information associated with equipment, labor, and materials. In the field, Cityworks AMS is built exclusively on Esri ArcGIS, allowing workers in the field to interact directly with GIS assets. The Cityworks software is a sole source product, designed, created and owned by Azteca Systems, LLC including the copyrights, trademarks for Cityworks and Empowering GIS in the United States and elsewhere. This request is for the renewal of the annual maintenance and support of Cityworks.
