PURPOSE:
Consists of providing primarily sanitary sewer assessments along with manhole condition assessments and ancillary work. These additional services include cleaning sewers, adjusting manholes, easement clearing, site restoration, and performing sanitary sewer point repairs.

The sanitary sewer assessments will be divided into two categories that will be completed concurrently: proactive sewer assessments and reactive sewer assessments. The majority of the proactive sewer assessments will address the remaining sewers located within the non-priority Ongoing Sewer Assessment and Rehabilitation Program (OSARP) as well as reassessing identified sewers located within the Priority Areas Sewer Assessment and Rehabilitation Program (PASARP). The reactive sewer assessments will support DWM operations and maintenance activities which need assessment findings to address items such as sewer spills, spill prevention, sewer cleaning verification, and pipe failure.
