PURPOSE:

Consists of cleaning the sewer system to prevent future spills in direct support of the Federal Order Consent Decree requirement to have twenty (20%) of the sewer lines cleaned yearly to reduce spillage and overflow which would be hazardous to public health. Seven (7) bids were received.
