PURPOSE:
Consists of providing daily, monthly, bi-weekly, quarterly and annual maintenance to include but is not limited to tees, greens, fairways, semi-rough, rough, natural areas, water features, cart paths, bridges, practice facilities, fencing, trees, buildings, signs, utilities, parking areas and al things necessary to promote a high-quality golf facility. Three (3) bids were received.
This substitute is submitted to increase the Amount Not To Exceed from $664,620.00 to $3,323,100.00 to fund the entire five years of the agreement.
