PURPOSE:
Consists of providing management of SCADA software systems at various water treatment plants and wastewater treatments plants within the County. Five (5) bids were received.
This substitute is to reduce the funding requested from $10,746,000.00 to $8,935,170.00 in accordance with the amount supported by OIIA.
