Georgia Department of Education provided funds to the Georgia Recreation and Park Association (GRPA) to establish the Building Opportunities for Out-of-School Time (BOOST) Grant Program for GRPA programs. The purpose of BOOST is to expand access and enhance services offered by Dekalb County’s RPCA Department after school program. Targeting youth in grades K-12, BOOST will support the learning acceleration, connectedness, and well-being of DeKalb County’s students by utilizing a whole child approach.
