PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on March 12, 2019 for a total amount not to exceed: $942,000.00. On August 27, 2019, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for a total amount not to exceed $109,238.58. On January 28, 2020, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option for a total amount not to exceed $1,251,238.58. On February 23, 2021, the BOC approved the 2nd renewal option for a total amount not to exceed $1,082,738.58. On March 31, 2022, the CPO approved an emergency request for a total amount not to exceed $350,412.86 and to extend the contract through June 30, 2022. These contracts consist of providing six (6) rounds of mowing and lawn maintenance services at 128 right-of-way locations; every six (6) weeks. This request is to extend the contracts until the end of the mowing season and to add additional funding to cover the services.
