PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on December 15, 2020 for an amount not to exceed $2,419,769.60. This contract consists of proprietary software packages used by Police Services for records management and field-based reporting of multiple programs (i.e.VisionRMS, VisionFBR, CrimeMapping.com, CrimeView Dashboard, Predictive Missions, CrimeView Desktop, LMS (Learning Management System) and Inform IQ Search). This request is to add funding for handheld barcode reader software and maintenance that allow for the movement of property between locations. The funding also includes RMS Reporting Server annual maintenance fees.

Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:
CentralSquare Technologies, LLC, 1000 Business Center Drive, Lake Mary, FL 32746
Amount Not To Exceed: $24,860.34
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
