PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on December 17, 2019, for an amount not to exceed $2,995,980.00. Consists of the implementation and migration of the ias World hosting services from on premise to a cloud hosting SaaS. This request is to extend the current term through December 31, 2026 and increase funding. These increases will assist in continuing to provide the hosting services needed to assist in continuing to assess and collect property taxes.

Amount Not To Exceed: $3,305,688.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the amendment and all associated documents.
