PURPOSE:
Consists of providing storm drainage system construction services for the County's aging storm water infrastructure. Currently, the County is utilizing two (2) contractors to perform these necessary services. Due to the volume of work, additional contractors are needed. An expansion in the number of contractors will assist in timely response to the planned and emergency storm water work requests. The contract awards will allow the County to respond to existing and future work request in a timelier manner. Four (4) bids were received.

This substitute is being submitted to revise the recommended award amounts for all recommended awardees.
