RFP - Request for Proposals No. 22-500622 Comprehensive Trail - Greenway Master Plan (Multiyear Contract): for use by Recreation, Parks and Cultural Affairs (RPCA). Consists of providing professional planning services that include the creation of a comprehensive master plan. This plan will incorporate the County's existing network of greenways, trails and paths with the expansion and creation of a new and future greenway network. Recommend award to the highest scoring proposer: Toole Design Group, LLC. Amount Not To Exceed: $348,500.00.

PURPOSE:
Consists of providing professional planning services that include the creation of a comprehensive master plan. This plan will incorporate the County's existing network of greenways, which consist of over 33 miles of trails and paths, with the expansion and creation of a new and future greenway network. The planned network connects communities and provides recreational opportunities, alternate transportation options as well as boost local economy for patrons of the County. Three (3) proposals were received.

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents.
